Terms and Conditions

By engaging in services provided by The Sleep Teacher, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

The full fee for consultant services must be paid prior to your initial assessment with The Sleep Teacher.
If you cancel the sleep program before the initial consultation, the following refund policy applies:
- Less than 24 hours' notice: No refund
- 24-48 hours' notice: 50% refund
- More than 48 hours' notice: Full refund
In cases of exceptional circumstances for cancellations within 48 hours of the booking time, The Sleep Teacher may, at their discretion, allow a rescheduled appointment within one week of the original booking time.
The Sleep Teacher reserves the right to cancel consultations at short notice due to personal reasons. If this happens, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date, depending on your preference.

The sleep program is intended solely for the client’s use and should not be shared with any third party.
Unauthorised sharing of sleep plans and guides will result in the client being liable for the cost of the shared program.

The advice provided by The Sleep Teacher is focused on sleep-related issues and is not a substitute for medical advice from a healthcare professional.
While The Sleep Teacher provides advice based on their expertise and training, they do not guarantee specific results and are not liable for outcomes that do not meet expectations.

If you have an underlying health condition that may affect the consultation process, you must inform The Sleep Teacher.
The Sleep Teacher reserves the right to not proceed with the consultation if it is deemed unsafe to do so. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

The Sleep Teacher is available for contact during the day and will respond as soon as possible, subject to personal circumstances and holidays.
Travel to clients outside Northamptonshire is considered on a case-by-case basis. If travel is necessary, the price will include all reasonable expenses such as travel, travel time, and accommodation.

The Sleep Teacher reserves the right to terminate support in cases of abuse or harassment from a client.
The Sleep Teacher may change the Terms & Conditions at any time, and clients will be notified of such changes.

Information shared during consultations will be kept confidential and will only be used for case studies with all identifying information removed.

You acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions by proceeding with The Sleep Teacher's services.
