Sleeping Newborn

Suitable for children from 3 months to 10 years of age.

This Package includes:

  • 30-minute initial video call

  • Whatsapp/Phone support for 1 week Monday-Friday 7 am-9 pm

  • Feed and sleep plan suitable for the child's age

  • Choice of settling techniques

Goodnight Kiss, child sleeping

Suitable for children from 3 months to 10 years of age.

This package includes:

  • 1-hour initial video call

  • Whatsapp/Phone support for 2 weeks Monday-Friday 7 am-7 pm

  • Feed and sleep plan suitable for the child's age

  • Choice of settling techniques

  • 30 minute finishing video call

This Package Includes:

  • 1-hour initial video call

  • Whatsapp/phone support Monday to Saturday 7 am to 9 pm

  • Video support - two 1 hour sessions

  • 3 weeks of support

  • 1 hour follow-up call

Our journey begins with a consultation call, where I learn about your family dynamics, your little one's temperament, and your parenting style. Any plan we develop must align with your unique approach to parenting.

Using this information, I create a customised sleep plan tailored to your family's lifestyle and your child's needs. Once you approve the plan, we begin working closely together one-on-one, usually via WhatsApp. I'll be there for every naptime, wake-up time, and bedtime—supporting you every step of the way so you never feel alone!
